Marking Unsure Text in Highlight Style

The transcriber and editor need to mark any text that he/she is not 100% confident is "transcription accurate." This includes any words or phrases that are unclear. Never guess on spelling, especially mention of people and place names. These should be researched and verified.

For any word or phrases that remain unclear, this section explains how to label these with blue highlight style so that the text will jump out for future editors. The blue highlights also signify to the reading public that we remain unclear of the correct transcription and indeed invite knowledgeable experts to propose corrections.
